Red Bull - Mini Velodrome
Energy drink retailer, Red Bull, brought a very unique event concept too London; the world's smallest ever velodrome.
The event took place in East London at the historic York Hall, Old ford Road, Bethnal Green, London, E2 9PJ. The custom built velodrome was installed by German manufacturer Velo Track and fixed gear bike riders were invited from across the capital to take part in a series of qualifying heats which then lead to knock out tournament.
KSS Audio provided a large Funktion One sound system for event. The Velo Trackside control system was integrated into the main PA system to ensure that race starting calls took priority over DJ performances. Although slightly more bike on bike crashes occurred than anticipated the event proved to be a great success with riders and spectators enjoying themselves immensely.

Ted Baker - Spring / Summer Season Launch
The fashion designer and retailer held its annual spring / summer clothing launch event in London at Village Underground, Hollywell Lane, Shoreditch London, EC1.
The event brought together all of Ted Bakers senior management team and worldwide sales staff for a series of key speeches from the company founder Ray Kelvin, heads of departments and designers as well as the all-important catwalk show of the new men's and women's clothing collections.
KSS Audio provided video projection equipment for the showing of films and slides throughout the event as well as pre-event media editing for holding and introduction slides.

The Big Sexy Festy Party
The Big Sexy Festy is an annual community festival in held in the London Borough of Hackney, East London. The festival aims to bring together the diverse community of Hackney with a day of folk, electronic dance and reggae music.
Now in its 15th year the festival incorporated two music stages which KSS Audio supplied complete sound reinforcement for, using Funktion One and Turbosound sound systems. With a wealth of talent DJ and an live artists performing the event provided more poplar the ever is a key fixture in the vents calendar of Hackney's lead up to the Oynpics Games of 2012.

Red Bull - Xfighters After Party
The Red Bull Xfighters tour is a worldwide dirt bike stunt championship that promotes not only a thrilling sport but also the international brand of energy soft drink retailer Red Bull. The London championship final is held annually at the iconic Battersea Power Station, opposite Battersea Park, Wandsworth, London.
Every Xfighters championship fixture sees Red Bull invite its riders and VIPs to a star studded after party. KSS Audio was hired to provide full front of house and on stage live audio equipment for a variety of acts.
The head line artist for the after-party, held at Club Coliseum in Vauxhall, Wandsworth, London, was the sixteen piece electro clash band Chrome Hoof, who had just finished a worldwide tour promoting their album; Crush Depth.
KSS Audio provided a Yamaha Digital desk, extensive Noise Control Audio wedge monitoring and Shure and AKG microphone package. The event entailed extensive liaison with a variety of supplers to ensure that the overall show was delivered to the high standard of the international Red Bull Xfighters tour.

Battersea Dogs & Cats Home - Pride Parade Float
Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, located in Battersea, London, Wandsworth, offers refuge for unwanted dogs and cats. Entering its 150th year, a series of events and showcases were held to celebrate this British institution.
One such event was a float at the annual London Gay Pride Parade. KSS Audio were hired to supply a Funktion One sound system for the float which made its way through central London's streets – from Baker Street to Trafalgar Square. The float was rigged at the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home primary site on Battersea Park Road, Wandsworth, SW8, and then began the parade on Baker Street, Westminster, W1.

Amanda Holden - Christmas Lights
The exclusive shopping area of Elizabeth Street, Belgravia, London, Westminster, SW1 marked the start of the Christmas season with a celebrity switching on of the Christmas lights. Amanada Holden of TV's Britian's Got Talent and Cutting It was tasked with the official switch-on.
KSS Audio provided equipment for the ceremony which was centred around De Vroomen Jewellers at 59 Elizabeth Street, Victoria, London, SW1W 9PP. As the nation's press arrived, Amanda Holden turned on the Christmas lights and helped raised money for Sparks, the children's medical charity.

PlayStation - Game Runners Showcase
Electronic video game giant, Sony PlayStation, held the finale of the online social interactive gaming experience – Game Runners- at London's Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, East London, London E1. The Game Runners series saw PlayStation and members of the public from diverse backgrounds join forces to create a series of multiplayer games. One such game was Blocks, the final of which of played out at the Truman Brewery event.
KSS Audio provided full production for the event which included: a sound system, the creative lighting of 26 gaming tables, theme lighting of the arena in line with player team and game colours, a custom built projection cube to enable two projection screens to show a live feed of the tournament and a leader-board for the contestants' results. KSS Audio also custom designed the leader-board software for the Blocks final. In addition to this logos were projected on to the arena roof using DMX controlled moving head projectors.
The event was a great success with PlayStation getting direct exposure to the crowds of a busy Friday in Brick Lane to help showcase their name, brand and products.

Four Roses Whisky - UK Launch Parties
American whiskey brand Four Roses decided to raise brand awareness in London with a series of secret parties. Selected guests were invited to the events and enjoyed a host of international DJs while the main attraction, Four Rose Kentucky Whisky, was served in the traditional way: over ice in jam jars.
KSS Audio provided lighting and AV production at the East London events in venues Dalston Superstore on Kingsland Road, Dalston, London E8 and at CAMP (City Arts and Music Project) in Shoreditch, East London, EC1. Particular attention was given to lighting themes and colours in order to reflect the branding of Four Roses. At the CAMP event KSS Audio used gobo projection on to the street outside and on a custom DJ stand as well as projecting the logo on to venue walls using a 1.6watt RGB laser.

Doc Martens - 50th Birthday Party
Iconic shoe designer Dr Marten celebrated its 50th Birthday and held a huge party to celebrate at London's Village Underground in Shoreditch, East London, EC1. The shoe brand has grown to fame over the years for its famous boots – known as DMs – which were often loved by the more alternative music scenes. It was thus fitting at their 50th birthday party that American rockers Black Lips played to a packed house.
KSS Audio provided DJ backline, lighting, AV and staging for the event that was a great celebration of music and fashion.

Tottenham Hotspur - Parade Float
Premier league football club, Tottenham Hotspur, based in the borough of Haringey, North London, annually hold a local carnival and parade for the community. Each year floats and parade artists line the streets of Tottenham to celebrate the diversity of the community. Tottenham Hotspur plays a key part in the event and includes a parade float of its own to represent the football club.
KSS Audio were tasked with supplying a sound system for Tottenham Hotspur's parade float which slowly snaked its way through North London's streets playing a variety of music.

Ted Baker - Vogue Fashion's Night Out
British designer fashion label and retailer Ted Baker has built up a well-respected reputation over the years as an inovative and desirable brand and their flagship London stores all reflect this. The store on London's Regents Street, in the West End, London, WC1, was the setting for Ted Baker's involvement in Vogues Fashions Night Out party. Fashion's Night out is hailed as the fashion industry's 'big night out' with the major fashion houses showcasing their ranges to a background of music and dancing in stores late into the night. The event is sponsored and organised by international fashion magazine Vogue.
KSS Audio provided Ted Baker with full production for their Regent Street store for their chosen band – The Laurel Collective - to perform to guests.

Sex and the City 2 - Official London Party
The world famous American TV series Sex and the City – starring Sarah Jessica Parker and based around four women's love lives in New York – leapt onto the big screen with great success and was followed with a successful sequel. To launch the DVD of Sex And The City 2: The Movie in the UK a party was held in the West End in the grand setting of jewellery designer Swarovski Crystals' flagship London store on Great Marlborough Street, London, WC1.
KSS Audio provided full production for the event including sound system, lighting, mirror balls, a custom built white round stage, and DJ backline. The event saw a wide host of celebrities dance the night away to the DJing of Channel 4's T4 presenter Jameela Jamil.
