Shoreditch Town Hall in London was taken over for a week by Channel 4 for their annual flagship industry event – A Night With Channel 4

As part of the media industry’s Upfronts series, the event showcased Channel 4’s new content with senior staff and celebrities presenting to  industry guests. The showcase was followed by a number of live performances including -Annie Marie, Craig David and George Ezra.

A further five rooms of production were used to recreate some of Channel 4’s most popular stage sets including The Great British Bake Off and Bear Gryils Survivor.

Rouge Events asked KSS to manage all technical aspects of the event from its inception and planning stages through to on-site delivery.

KSS MD Mark Stephen worked as overall technical manager and liaised directly with the project’s various stakeholders.

Two Barco 30K stacked projectors were used for the main 5m central content screen with signal and data routed using Lightware CAT TX/RX.

Lighting was designed by Chris Steel,. Martin Sceptrons were used to outline the contours of the main set,  Clay Paky beams placed on stages and series of Robe MMX spots and Wash 300s flown overhead.
