Digitas LBi produced their take on the annual media industry Upfronts season to showcase current themes and forward planning for the industry.

Held at their London head office, a series of keynote speeches and panel discussions, including The Evening Standards’s Grace Dent and The Economist’s Daniel Franklin, were followed by a networking drinks reception

IMPLEMENTATION

Working for event production company Events By Kate, KSS provided sound, lighting and video production. Careful attention was given to ensure the technical elements provided did not become obtrusive in the limited sized event space. Most equipment was flown avoid taking up unnecessary floor space and key sight lines clear.

Sound consisted of a d&b Audiotechnik T10 system and a mix of handheld and headset radio mics.

Lighting was designed to highlight the event’s specific branding and colours with battery upligthers and profiles spots with breakup gobos.

Video content was played back via Macbooks and shown through NEC 5K projector.
